The Church of God here in Hanahan is a place where you and your family can call home. Our goal is to reach out to the lost by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and to equip God’s people to fulfill their Christian experience through the teaching of God’s Word. It is our desire to walk in the light of God’s Word to the best of our knowledge and ability. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost and the operation of spiritual gifts within the church. The Lord has also led us to place emphasis on the Sabbath as a day of rest and worship in remembrance of Jesus Christ, our true rest! My wife Jennifer and I, along with our congregation, would like to welcome you to join us for worship.

Our beliefs are rooted in the Bible, from the nature of God to the life of Jesus Christ. We hold fast to the teachings of the New Testament, which confirm and fulfill the promises of the Old Testament.
We look forward with hope, believing in the restoration of all things through Christ. As we navigate the challenges of our times, we hold onto the promise of a new heaven and a new earth where righteousness dwells.
